My career doesn’t fit in one box, and that’s the point. Law taught me to understand complicated situations and argue for the strongest position. Enterprise sales taught me to find the opportunity and influence the decision-makers who control it. Human resources and organizational strategy taught me how people, incentives, and change actually work inside institutions. Executive engagement taught me what it takes to move powerful, busy, skeptical people toward action.
